During a visit to the University of Manitoba’s health care sector on Monday, Employment Minister Randy Boissonnault announced that the federal government will be investing $86 million to 15 different Canadian organizations to help increase capacity and speed up the process of verifying the credentials of immigrants. This comes as the latest in the Foreign Credentials Recognition (FCR) Program and as an effort fill vacancies in Canada's health care sector.
