January 14, 2024
Nearly a year and a half after 11 people were killed in a series of stabbing attacks in Saskatchewan, a coroners inquest is set to begin this week in Melfort, Sask. Most of the victims were from the James Smith Cree Nation. As Heather Yourex-West explains, this week is expected to be a difficult one for the surviving victims and the families who lost loved ones.

Nearly a year and a half after 11 people were killed in a series of stabbing attacks in Saskatchewan, a coroners inquest is set to begin this week in Melfort, Sask.
